Data Storage

By default, all your data is stored locally on your device using your browser's built-in storage. This includes:

• Flavor experience notes
• Details of your notes
• Photos related to your notes
• Application settings and preferences

For free users, Flavor Awesome never stores your personal data on a server. Your information remains completely private and under your control.

For lifetime license holders: If you choose to enable cross-device sync, an account will be created and your data will be securely stored in our cloud servers to enable synchronization across your devices. This is entirely optional and only occurs when you explicitly choose to upgrade and enable sync features.

Location Data

If you choose to allow location access, that information is used solely to represent your history on a map. This location data is:

• Stored only in your browser's local storage
• Never transmitted to our servers (calculations happen in your browser)
• Used only for plotting notes history
• Can be disabled at any time in your Flavor Awesome and/or device settings

No Accounts Required

Flavor Awesome works without requiring you to create an account or provide personal information. You can use the application immediately without:

• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Names or personal identifiers
• Social media connections

Analytics and Tracking

Flavor Awesome does not use any analytics services, tracking pixels, or third-party monitoring tools. The application:

• Does not track your usage patterns
• Does not collect behavioral data
• Does not use cookies for tracking
• Does not share data with advertisers

Data Export and Portability

You maintain control over your data:

• Lifetime license: Export your data at any time in standard formats
• Lifetime license: Import data exported by Flavor Awesome on other devices
• Lifetime license: Request complete data deletion from our servers
• Delete all local data by clearing your browser storage

Data export and import features are available exclusively with the lifetime license to support the development and maintenance of secure cloud infrastructure.

Lifetime License

The purchase of a lifetime license comes with additional privacy requirements:

• Data is encrypted on the server
• All data transmission uses secure protocols
• Access to your data requires your account credentials
• Data is only synchronized to devices you explicitly authorize

Children's Privacy

Flavor Awesome is not intended for children under 13. In many cases the flavors supported require you to be over 21 years of age. The application does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. If you believe a child has used the service, please let me know immediately.

Changes to This Policy

I may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Flavor Awesome after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
